Insurance & Fees
All billing for Anchor of Hope Counseling, LLC is done by an outside billing service.

If you have any of the above insurances, Anchor of Hope Counseling’s outside billing service will complete and process all the necessary paperwork for billing; you will only be responsible for your deductible and your co-pay per session.

I am in the process of getting credentialed by several other insurance companies. As insurances add me to their network, the companies will be updated on the website.

Out of Network Provider

Until I get credentialed by your insurance provider or in the event that I do not get credentialed by your insurance provider, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. In the event that you would like to seek reimbursement on your own from your insurance company, I will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit after each session.

Insurance Information for Out-of-Network Provider

Services may be covered in-full or in-part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

What are my outpatient mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Rates
Individual or Family Counseling:  $120 per 45-minute session

Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis

Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This fee is not covered by insurances and must be covered in full by the individual.
